SHIPPING POLICY
​Domestic (within the US)
All orders are processed within 7 business days.
Shipping can take up to 5 to 14 business days depending on the delivery option you choose.
Shipping Options:
USPS Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 Business Days - $6
USPS Priority Shipping: 3 to 5 Business Days - $10

International (Outside of the US)
All orders are processed within 7 business days.
Shipping can take up to 14 to 20 business days.

USPS Standard Shipping: 14 to 20 Days - $15

The customer is responsible for entering the correct address to deliver your package.
The customer is responsible for making sure their delivery location is secured.
Once you have received a USPS tracking number from Summer 21st, USPS is 100% responsible for your packages.
Please contact USPS before contacting Summer 21st in the unfortunate event your package is lost or stolen.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased on sale are final sale items and can not be returned or exchanged.

Returns are honored 48 hours after the package has been delivered
(the delivery date is according to the tracking number.)
​
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed:
free of any stains, make-up, dirt, etc.
​
If not reported 48 hours after the package has been delivered, we will not issue credit.
​
Item(s) returned to Summer 21st™ with any signs of damage, the product(s) may be mailed back to the customer without issued credit. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees and will be notified of the unaccepted return with a link to pay for any additional shipping fee via email.

Exchanges
​
You have 7 days from the original tracking number delivery date to report an exchange. Once we've received your item(s) and confirmed that it is in mint condition, you will receive a discount code of equal value for the item(s) in question. The customer is responsible for paying new taxes and shipping fees.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Summer 21st™ reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Summer 21st™ reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
